What we need to know
- Binder
style and quantity required
- Paper
size: e.g. A4/A5 Sheet
- Ring
mechanism capacity - The total thickness of
paper your binder will hold. Our binder sizes are based on
ring capacity, not on width of the spine. The most popular
capacity is 25mm, but you can choose any capacity from 13mm
to 65mm
- Number
of Rings and Ring Shape
- 2,3 or 4 rings are standard. "D" mechanisms are
riveted to the back cover, round mechanisms are riveted to
the spine.
- Is
foam padding required ?
- Are
subject dividers required?
- Finally,
special features can be added to improve the function of your
binder, such as business card holders, and vertical diagonal
or horizontal pockets on the inside.
